Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ketabi Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in the Still Heart mobile application (the "App"). Our approach is simple: we collect as little as possible, and we keep as much as we can on your device.

No account, no signup

You do not create an account to use Still Heart. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number, and we do not build a profile of you.

Information stored on your device

The following stay on your device and are not sent to us:

• Your favorites and listening history.
• Your chosen narrator and other preferences.
• Any sessions you download for offline use.

If you delete the App, this information is removed from your device.

Location and prayer times

If you allow it, the App uses your approximate location to calculate local prayer times. This calculation happens on your device. Your location is not sent to our servers and is not stored by us. You can turn off location access at any time in your device settings, and you can still use the rest of the App.

Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe, your purchase is handled by Apple. We do not see or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat, a subscription management service, to confirm and manage subscription status. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated app identifier and purchase information so the App knows whether your subscription is active. We also keep a minimal record of subscription status in our secure database (provided by Supabase) so your access stays in sync across reinstalls. These records are tied to a subscription identifier, not to your name or email.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not show advertising or use advertising trackers.
• We do not build marketing or advertising profiles about you.

Service providers we rely on

• Apple. Handles the App Store, downloads, and subscription payments.
• RevenueCat. Manages subscription status using a random app identifier and purchase information.
• Supabase. Provides the secure database that holds our minimal record of subscription status.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms and only for the purposes described here.

Children

Still Heart is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• Turn location on or off in your device settings.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• Delete the App to remove the information stored on your device.
• Contact us with any privacy question at the address below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum by design.

Still Heart supports rest and reflection. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are unwell or in crisis, please seek qualified help.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, note the change in the App.
