Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Still Heart mobile application (the "App"), provided by Ketabi Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Still Heart is

Still Heart is an Islamic meditation and wellbeing app. It offers guided meditations, sleep and breathing sessions, and reflections rooted in the Qur'an and authentic sunnah. It is intended as a companion to your worship, and never as a replacement for salah, for scholarly guidance, or for professional care.

2. No account required

You do not need to create an account, or give us your name or email, to use the App. Your preferences and activity are stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Still Heart is free to begin. Some content and features require an optional paid subscription (the "Subscription"). Subscriptions are sold through Apple as auto-renewing in-app purchases and are managed on our side by RevenueCat, a subscription management service.

Plans. Monthly for $6.99 USD, or Yearly for $49.99 USD. The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. After any free trial, the Subscription auto-renews at the price above unless you cancel.
Auto-renewal. Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trial. If you begin a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid Subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a Subscription, where applicable.
Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your Apple ID settings on your device (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a Subscription.
Prices. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and over time. We will make material changes clear before they take effect.
Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

4. Acceptable use

The App is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the content, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the App, except where such restrictions are not permitted by law.

5. Content and intellectual property

The App and its content, including audio, text, artwork, and the Still Heart name and marks, are owned by Ketabi Studio or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and its content within the App for your own worship and wellbeing. Qur'anic verses and hadith are the words of the sources cited; our arrangement and presentation of them are ours.

6. Not medical or scholarly advice

Still Heart is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or emergency services. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are unwell or in crisis, please seek qualified help. The App also does not issue religious rulings (fatwa). For matters of Islamic ruling, please consult a qualified scholar.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ketabi Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where mandatory local law applies to you.
